Supervisory Applications

For any manufacturing company, ensuring the smooth operation of production is critical. This is why it is essential to monitor both machine performance and control applications, and to respond to events in a predefined manner.

When supervising the applications we develop, we use the open-source system Zabbix. If this system proves insufficient for a specific task (usually due to the need for custom actions and responses), we deploy our own system services. These are capable of monitoring and overseeing key components of the systems and reacting intelligently to detected issues.

For example, if a system is not providing data but the database is running, the communication service responsible for generating the data may have failed. In such a case, our monitoring service will automatically restart the affected service and then verify that it is functioning correctly.
